Kaira Lauds Govt For Consensus oN Natural Security

BAGH: Qamar Zaman Kaira, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs has lauded the government efforts for evolving consensus on national security matters and said it would mount pressure on India for the resolution of Kashmir issue.
"Successful holding of All Parties Conference has opened a golden chapter in the political history of the country," Qaira said.
Addressing public meetings during his tour to different areas of Bagh district, he said that despite pressure from India, the international community also turned down the baseless and fabricated propaganda launched against Pakistan in the wake of Mumbai incidents.
He said that due to this pressure, Indian Foreign Minister had to change his statement of taking action against Pakistan.
While addressing a reception organized by People's Student Federation and party workers, he said holding of All Parties Conference convened by Prime Minister has brought the nation of over 160 million people on one platform.
He said Pakistani nation stands united and India has come to the negotiating table for peaceful resolution of all outstanding issues including the core issue of Kashmir.
