CJP Daughter’s Added Marks Buzz: Notice issued to12 Parties

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notice to 12 parties including the wife of the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) in the case filed against giving additional marks to her daughter.

The case filed against CJP daughter, Farah Hameed Dogar was heard in the court of IHC Chief Justice, Sardar Aslam. Petitioner, Iftikhar Hussain’s lawyer, Barrister Javed Jaffery gave his initial arguments and, thereon, the court issued notice to 12 parties including the wife and daughter of CJP and ministry of education. Later, the court adjourned the case until the second week of January on the request of petitioner’s lawyer.
