Currency Scandal: Hanif Kalia Remanded to FIA Until Dec. 6

KARACHI: Kalia Group’s chief, Hanif S. Kalia allegedly involved in the currency scandal has been physically remanded to FIA until December 6.

Hanif S. Kalia was presented today in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Muhammad Asif, where FIA requested for his 14 days remand, but the court allowed giving the accused under the custody of FIA until December 6.

Hanif S Kalia was arrested last night from his residence at Clifton by registering an FIR #78/2008 here.
