FIA, CBI to Hold Meeting For Cooperation

ISLAMABAD: The fifth round of Pakistan and India talks has been concluded here on Wednesday.
A joint statement after the talks said that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the main crime investigation agencies of the two countries, will hold a meeting to discuss cooperation against human and drug trafficking, illegal immigration and the counterfeit currency.
The Pakistani side was led by Interior Secretary Syed Kamal Shah while Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta headed the Indian delegation in the interior secretary-level talks.
The two sides also agreed to set a protocol for softening of the visa regime.
