CABC under Command oF Pak Army Chief Be Set up: Hussain Haroon

NEW YORK: Pakistan’s permanent representative to UN, Abdullah Hussain Haroon has proposed setting up of a Central Authority Border Command (CABC) under the command of the Pak Army Chief for better liaising at the borders among the NATO, Pakistan and other forces.

In a meeting with the Belgium defense minister here, Pakistan’s permanent representative to UN, Abdullah Hussain Haroon said that Pakistan Army could play a vital role in the tackling of Somalian pirates and securing the sea routes. He said that our army was already performing valuable services in Africa and other countries.
