Zardari Seeks Nawaz Help to Curb Issues

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari sought cooperation for the resolution of problems of the political

parties including PML-N and he sought his guidance for tackling the challenges being faced by the country.

President showed his readiness to abandon the power he is entitled to under the 17th amendment of the Constitution and that any decision of the parliament in this regard will be honoured.

President Zardari was speaking on the occasion of dinner reception hosted in honour of PML(N) leader Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Begum Kalsoom Nawaz here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr where Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, his wife and Member National Assembly Farayal Talpur were also present.

Nawaz Sharif assured the President of his every possible cooperation for success of the present government set up in the country and to resolve all challenges facing by the country.
