Nawaz To Persuade Zardari on National Agenda

ISLAMABAD: The chief of PML-N Mian Nawaz Sharif said that he would keep trying to convince President Asif Zardari for the completion of national agenda.

Talking to media here on Monday, Sharif said that he met Zardari on his invitation and charter of democracy and restoration of judges were discussed during the meeting.

He said that they want to cooperate with government for the end of economic crisis and other national interest issues.

Replying to a question regarding re-opening of cases against NAB, Sharif said there is no case against him and also he has no doubts about government.

He termed his meeting with Chinese envoy as matter of routine and said he would likely visit China next year for which he had already received invitation.
