Govt urged to raise drones’ issue at UNSC

RAWALPINDI: The Ex-servicemen Society demanded that government should take up the matter of continuous violations of territorial integrity by the US unmanned drones at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, ex-servicemen said cross-border violations have increased during this regime.

The government is adopting a two-pronged strategy by protesting against the attacks on one hand while on the other hand, it is allowing its border territories be violated, creating furor at home, they commented.

Ex-servicemen urged the government to call back its ambassador from the US, adding that more delegations should not be sent to America.
