Gen. Petraeus Returns to U.S. After Pakistan Visit

ISLAMABAD: US Central Command General David Petraeus returned to U.S. after completing his official visit to Pakistan.

During his visit he met with President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister, Yousuf Raza Gilani, National Security Advisor Mehmood Ali Durrani, Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Tariq Majeed and ISI Chief Lt. Gen. Ahmed Shuja Pasha.

General David Petraeus also went to Peshawar where he had meetings with high civil and military officials.

He also paid an aerial visit to NWFP and FATA in helicopter.
