Fifty-Six Kashmiris Martyred in October

SRINAGAR: Indian troops martyred 56 innocent Kashmiris, including 3 children, during the month of October, in Indian Held Kashmir.

According to a media report, these killings by the troops rendered 3 women widowed and 5 children orphaned while six women were disgraced and misbehaved by the troops during the month.

According to report 88 Kashmiris including Hurriyet leaders were arrested and 322 injured as a result of troops' firing.

During the period, 10 residential houses were destroyed or damaged by the troops with mortar shelling during siege and search operations and house-to-house searches in different parts of the occupied territory.

All Parties Hurriyet Conference, in a statement, strongly condemned the human rights violations committed by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir.

The statement appealed the United Nations and world human rights organizations to come forward in a big way to save Kashmiris from Indian state terrorism.
