Cheque Bouncing Case Against Sunny Deol Wwithdrawn

Indore: A local court here has disposed of the petition against famous Bollywood actor Sunny Deol, in connection with a cheque bouncing case, after the complainant withdrew the case.

Deol had given two cheques of Rs five lakh each to Mahendra Singh Bedi for a movie production. However, the cheques bounced following which Bedi moved to the court two years ago, Deol's advocate Chandrashekhar Raikwar said.

Judicial Magistrate First Class Shamroj Khan disposed of the case two days back after both parties submitted in writing that they have reached a compromise on the issue.
